The hotel offers a great location with easy access to many local attractions. the staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean, some even with great views. the breakfast has a lot of options to choose from and is delicious. the hotel has facilities like air conditioning and a private terrace, providing comfortable accommodation.

Some signs and notices in the hotel are only in Hungarian or German, which can make it difficult for non-speakers to understand.

The smell of cigarettes in the room which was awful for non-smokers.

Arrogant and unfriendly staff. Air condition wasn´t working on arrival - it can happen, but it was terrible approach of the staff. During three nights in the hotel air condition didn´t work two nights. Poor quality of the equipment - leaking shower and toilet. In one night a piece of the ceiling fell… Price doesn´t correspond the quality and services

The hotel offered an affordable price for a spacious room with comfortable beds and amazing view. The restaurant was exceptional, and the waiter, Szebu, was the nicest and hardest-working waiter I’ve ever met. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, both local and international. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite their limited English. Additionally, the rooms were air-conditioned and the shower had fantastic water pressure.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very goog staff, almost always helpfull. Big advantage is that it is not only a penzion, but also a restaurant for people from the streets, you don´t sit there alone as in a hotel restaurants and the food was always fresh (you must taste beef perkelt there!), you can sit there in late hours, take wine to the room.. Not far from Heviz spa, yet not in the centre, which is plus. Good value for its money, good staff and good location.

Not all rooms have a balcony (we reservate a room with balcony and we got one without it. After asking they promtly give us room with a big one..). Smalĺ bathroom.

Very nice staff, and excellent food! especially reach breakfast buffet, and really fine, like home-made dishes for dinner. Safe parking in the court.

Enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was delicious and the variety of options for breakfast was impressive. Location was great, being only a short walk away from the main attractions and the amenities offered in the area were convenient for a relaxing stay. the shower pressure was really good, making it a refreshing way to start off the new year.

Room size was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around. The carpets and overall cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to standard, so it wasn’t very pleasant.

We had an incredible time during our romantic escape at this hotel. the room was well-designed, with comfortable bedding, and offered a stunning view. We indulged in a delicious meal on the veranda, accompanied by serene surroundings and the gentle sound of birds chirping. the breakfast was rich and abundant with fresh and flavorful options.

The walls were quite thin, and we could hear noises from neighboring rooms. parking was a bit challenging as there were limited spaces available, and the street was busy.
